Wish to automatically sync your Zoho leads and instantly engage them on WhatsApp?
You can do this easily with the Zoho and AiSensy integration.
With this integration, every new lead or contact added in Zoho will automatically appear in your AiSensy dashboard. This helps you start WhatsApp campaigns and automations without any manual effort.

How to integrate Zoho with AiSensy?
Step 1: Install Zoho from AiSensy Dashboard
Go to your AiSensy Dashboard
Navigate to Discover Apps
Search for Zoho
Click Install
Once installed, you will see:
Redirect URL
Webhook URL
Empty fields for Client ID and Client Secret
Step 2: Go to Zoho API Console
Log in to your Zoho account
Click Add Client
Select Server-Based Application
Step 3: Configure Client in Zoho
Fill in the required details
Under Client Name & Homepage URL, you can basically add anything. E.g. under Client name, simply write Zoho AiSensy Integration. Under Homepage URL, you can share your website url.
Copy the Redirect URL from AiSensy (this is important)
Paste it into Zoho as mentioned in the below image
Click Create
Step 4: Copy Client Credentials
After creating the client, Zoho will give you:
Client ID
Client Secret
Copy both of these.
Step 5: Connect Zoho with AiSensy
Go back to AiSensy Dashboard
Paste:
Client ID
Client Secret
Save the credentials
Now Click Connect
A Zoho permission screen will appear. Approve the access.
Webhook Setup (Optional)
In case you wish to send leads and contacts created inside AiSensy to Zoho, follow the below steps:
Copy the Webhook URL from AiSensy
Go to Zoho
Navigate to Settings → Automation → Workflow Rules
Create a workflow for Leads or Contacts
Add a Webhook action
Paste the AiSensy Webhook URL
Click Save
You are all set
Now, whenever:
A new lead is created in Zoho
A contact is updated in Zoho
It will automatically sync to AiSensy.
What happens after Zoho X AiSensy integration?
Contacts appear in the AiSensy Contacts tab
You can:
Send broadcasts
Trigger automations
Run WhatsApp campaigns instantly
Important Notes
This is a two-way sync. Contacts & leads will sync both ways - from Zoho to AiSensy as well as from AiSensy to Zoho
Contacts without phone numbers cannot be used for WhatsApp
Historical data sync is not included currently
