All messages are sent using approved WhatsApp templates from AiSensy via API-based campaigns, ensuring high delivery rates and full WhatsApp policy compliance.
This integration helps you stay connected with users even after the call, without any manual follow-ups.

Requirements to connect Callkaro AI with AiSensy
Before you begin, make sure you have:
An active Callkaro AI account
An active AiSensy account
A Basic or Pro AiSensy plan
An approved WhatsApp Business API number on AiSensy. Check how to get WhatsApp API live on AiSensy

Steps to connect Callkaro AI with AiSensy
Step 1: Log in to AiSensy
Login to the AiSensy dashboard here
Log in using your registered email and password
Step 2: Get API credentials from AiSensy
In the AiSensy dashboard, go to Manage → API Keys
Copy the required credentials based on your plan:
AiSensy Plan | Credentials Required |
Basic Plan | API Key only |
Pro Plan | API Key, Project ID, App Password |

Step 3: Create a WhatsApp template in AiSensy
Go to the Templates section in AiSensy
Click + New Template
Add the template name, category, language, and message content

Add variables using placeholders like
{{1}},{{2}}
Submit the template for approval
Example template:
Hi {{1}}, thank you for speaking with us. Here’s your next step: {{2}}
⏳ Note: Once approved, the template will be available for campaigns.
Step 4: Create an API campaign in AiSensy
Go to Campaigns and click Launch
Select API Campaign
Enter a Campaign Name (save this name, you’ll need it later)
Select the approved template
Save and activate the campaign
⚠️ Important:
The campaign name must exactly match the name you configure in Callkaro AI. E.g. If you create a campaign name called "Plan Details" in AiSensy, then the same campaign name should be added in Callkaro to ensure integration is successful.
Step 5: Log in to Callkaro AI
Visit your Callkaro AI dashboard
Log in using your credentials
Step 6: Connect AiSensy in Callkaro AI
Go to the Integrations tab
Click Connect with AiSensy
Enter your credentials:
Basic plan: API Key
Pro plan: API Key, Project ID, App Password
Click Save / Connect
Step 7: Configure your AI agent
Go to Agents in Callkaro AI
Select your AI voice agent
Navigate to the WhatsApp Configuration tab
Step 8: Add a WhatsApp action
Click Add
Choose the function type:
In-call – Message sent during the call
Post-call – Message sent after the call ends
Enter or select the Campaign Name
Step 9: Configure campaign variables
AiSensy Basic Plan
Manually enter the campaign name
Map variable values manually
AiSensy Pro Plan
Select the campaign from the dropdown
Variables are auto-assisted using Callkaro metadata

Step 10: Save configuration
Review all settings
Click Add / Save
