The Investwell x AiSensy integration allows Investwell users to send WhatsApp messages to their investors using AiSensy.
With this integration, you can:
Broadcast WhatsApp messages to investors directly from Investwell
Use Meta-approved WhatsApp templates created in AiSensy
Manage templates and API campaigns centrally in AiSensy
Trigger WhatsApp campaigns from Investwell without manual data uploads
Requirements to enable the Investwell integration
Before getting started, ensure the following:
A paid AiSensy account (Basic plan or above)
An active Investwell account
A WhatsApp Business API number activated on AiSensy. Here are the steps to apply for WhatsApp API
Access to API Key settings in your AiSensy dashboard (owner access needed)
Note: WhatsApp messages via Investwell can only be sent using templates and API campaigns created in AiSensy.

Step 1: Connect AiSensy with Investwell using API Key
Log in to your AiSensy dashboard
Go to Manage → API Key
Copy your API Key
Now, Log in to Investwell
Navigate to Settings → Email and WhatsApp Configuration
Paste the AiSensy API Key and save
Once saved, your AiSensy account is successfully connected to Investwell.
Step 2: Create WhatsApp template messages in AiSensy
All WhatsApp messages sent via Investwell use template messages created and approved in AiSensy.
To create a template:
In AiSensy, go to Manage → Template Message
Click + New
Add the template name, category, and message content

Important guidelines:
You must use the same template structure and content as configured in
Investwell → WhatsApp Campaigns → TemplatesThis helps avoid template rejection from Meta
For better delivery rates, it is recommended to use the Utility category
Submit the template for Meta approval
Templates are usually approved or rejected within a few seconds. However, at times, messages can take 15 minutes to 24 hours to get approved.
Step 3: Create API campaigns in AiSensy
Each WhatsApp campaign in Investwell requires a corresponding API campaign in AiSensy.
To create an API campaign in AiSensy:
Go to Campaigns → + Launch → API Campaign
Select the approved WhatsApp template
Enter a campaign name
Save the campaign
Click Set Live to activate it
Note: Only API campaigns marked as Live can be used for broadcasting from Investwell.
Step 4: Map AiSensy API campaigns with Investwell templates
You must map every Investwell WhatsApp template to an AiSensy API campaign.
Steps:
Go to Investwell → WhatsApp Campaigns → Templates
Click Edit on the template
Map the API Campaign Name exactly as created in AiSensy. Eg. Let's say your campaign name in AiSensy is "Investor 1". You need to add the same name under "API Campaign name" in Investwell.
Save the configuration
Repeat this process for all templates you want to use.
Step 5: Create and broadcast WhatsApp campaigns from Investwell
Once templates and campaigns are mapped, you can start sending WhatsApp messages to your investors.
Create a campaign
Go to Investwell → WhatsApp Campaigns → Campaigns
Click Create Campaign
Enter a campaign name
Select investors
Use filters, toggles, and checkboxes to refine and select the target investors.
Select WhatsApp template
Choose the mapped WhatsApp template for the campaign.
Broadcast the campaign
Click Proceed to broadcast the WhatsApp campaign.
That’s it. Your WhatsApp messages will be delivered via AiSensy using your approved templates.
Important notes and best practices
Template names and configurations must match exactly between AiSensy and Investwell
Ensure all API campaigns are set to Live
Utility templates generally have higher delivery success rates
Any Meta template rejection must be resolved in AiSensy before retrying
